Callers, John and Josh discuss issues surrounding a "prisoner furlough" program in Nebraska that has come under fire after a recent case in Omaha.

A recent case in Nebraska has brought a prisoner furlough program under scrutiny.  An Omaha-World Herald article offers information regarding a case in which a prisoner, out on furlough, was shot by police (responding to a gang shootout) after he refused to stop reaching for a gun that had fallen from his waistband moments earlier.

A caller, John and Josh discuss the furlough program, prison statistics, and more.
