Ogallala Economic Development Coordinator Travis Haggard joins us for our monthly conversation, talking about the CDBG battle that's heating up in Nebraska and offers a general update on activities in his office. John and Josh spend the first half of the show discussing a CNBC article that ranks Nebraska #6 in the U.S. regarding business-friendly states.
