The U-S Senate Armed Services Committee today voted to confirm former Nebraska U-S Senator Chuck Hagel as the next Defense Secretary. During the hearing, newly elected U-S Senator Deb Fischer explained why she was not going to back Hagel, who is a decorated Vietnam vet.
