State Treasurer Don Stenberg has a suggestion for those looking for that last-minute Christmas gift for a young one.
Stenberg suggests giving the gift of college by starting or contributing to a college savings plan. He points out that if a grandparent donates to a plan, it's a gift for both the parent and the child.
