LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A judge has reset a Lincoln teenager's murder trial for later next year.
The Lincoln Journal Star (http://bit.ly/XcXlyJ ) reports a judge on Wednesday agreed to move Zachary Neuberger's trial from February to April.
Neuberger's attorney said he needed more time to prepare for the case.
Neuberger has been charged with second-degree murder and two weapons counts in connection with the death of 19-year-old Naif Al-Kazahy.
Prosecutors say Neuberger was 17 when he shot Al-Kazahy in the chest during a late-night brawl in July. Two other men have been charged as accessories in the confrontation, which involved several people.
