A 28-year-old Lincoln man who's already been sentenced to six years for child pornography has been given eight to 10 years in prison for molesting two girls.
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A 28-year-old Lincoln man who's already been sentenced to six years for child pornography has been given eight to 10 years in prison for molesting two girls.
The Lincoln Journal Star (http://bit.ly/Pu0WWf) reports that Jay Gilmore was sentenced on Wednesday. He'd pleaded guilty to one count and no contest to another count of sexual assault of a child. Authorities say Gilmore had fondled two sisters who were 8 and 9 at the time.
Authorities say Gilmore had called 911 on May 30 to report that he'd touched one of the girls, six days after he was sentenced in federal court for sharing and possessing the child pornography.
