The 2012 harvest is coming to a quick close, with Nebraska's harvest approximately 90% complete.
USDA Meteorologist Brad Rippey says corn producers had excellent weather to get the crop in. He says 87% of the nation's corn crop is now in the bin and several states are at 90-plus percent.
Brad Rippey: 
93-percent of Iowa's corn is harvested and 89-percent done in Nebraska. The soybean harvest is at 95% percent complete in Nebraska.
