A 51-year-old North Platte woman has been sentenced for using her mother's credit card without permission.
NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - The North Platte Telegraph says (http://bit.ly/Oajrnc ) Kimberly Small on Monday was given 90 days in jail and three years of probation. Small had pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device after prosecutors reduced the charge from abuse of a vulnerable adult.
Small also was ordered to pay more than $14,000 in restitution.
