The Keith County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in solving some recent thefts.

During the Months of June and July Keith County has seen an increase in thefts from boats at the lake.  Among the items stolen were boat motors, trolling motors and fish finders.  During the thefts several boats were also damaged.  The value of the stolen property is well over $5,000.00.

KEITH COUNTY CRIMESTOPPERS will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000.00 for your anonymous information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this or any other crime.

All you need to do is call KEITH COUNTY CRIMESTOPPERS at (308) 284-4600 and give us your information.  You can also visit our web site at keithcountycrimestoppers.com and submit your tips online, or visit our Facebook page.  We don’t want your name and you will remain completely anonymous.

Keith County Crimestoppers would like to remind people that any information leading to the arrest of a wanted subject is also eligible for a reward up to $1,000.00. In the month of August Keith County Crimestoppers payed out $480 for information that led to the arrest of a subject with felony warrants from another state.  This was not the crime of the week, but the information did help in taking a dangerous offender off the street.
