The U.S. Supreme Court continues to review the Affordable Health Care Act and their decision is expected soon.
U.S. Senator Ben Nelson says they can decide one of three options.

Senator Nelson says if the court strikes down all or part of the act there will be serious and expensive consequences.
Senator Ben Nelson:
Senator Nelson says while he has no crystal ball to predict what the court will decide but Nebraskans need to know that the health care of many will be in jeopardy.
Senator Ben Nelson:
In a news release Senator Nelson stated that "expected actions could send health insurance premiums skyrocketing and endanger health care for more than 100,000 Nebraska kids with pre-existing medical conditions such as asthma or diabetes."
