Firefighters are bracing for warmer, windy weather as a major wildfire continues to spread in northern Colorado.

LAPORTE, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say the body of one person has been found and they are continuing Tuesday to assess the damage on 64 square miles of mountainous territory northwest of Fort Collins.

The fire has damaged more than 100 structures and prompted hundreds of evacuations since it started on Saturday.

A disaster declaration for the area has freed up resources and state money to fight the fire.
