A rollover crash near Alliance in western Nebraska has left one person dead.
ALLIANCE, Neb. (AP) - Alliance radio station KCOW reports (http://bit.ly/NAe10a) that the crash happened around noon Sunday.
The Nebraska State Patrol says 51-year-old Leondis Rife of Ashby was southbound on U.S. Highway 385 about a mile south of Alliance when he lost control of sport utility vehicle, went into the west ditch and rolled.
The patrol says Rife was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident occurred just before noon.
