The country star will be the first to shake the hand of an Iraq war vet who recently underwent an arm transplant

Blake Shelton will be the first person to shake the hand of that Iraq War vet who just got an arm transplant. 

Brendan Morrocco lost all four limbs when a bomb hit his armored car, and he told the TristateHomePage website that the first person whose hand he wanted to shake - after his doctor's of course - is Blake's.

So Blake tweeted to the soldier:
