(WENN) - Wade Bowen has raised $150,000 for victims of crime in his native Texas by staging an all-star concert.
The country singer put together Sunday's show, featuring famous faces including Stoney LaRue and Casey James, and followed it up with a golf tournament to raise funds and awareness for the city of Waco's Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children.
In a post on his Facebook page, he writes, "I'm finding it very difficult to express how thankful I am for the last few days at The Bowen Classic. Speechless. Seriously. Thank you to all of the amazing artists, amazing sponsors and amazing fans that came out and helped us raise a record amount. What a blast!!"
