The couple became engaged at Easter after Owen proposed onstage during a gig in his native Vero Beach, Florida, and on Monday, he announced they had become man and wife.
Owen and Buchanan exchanged vows in a dawn ceremony on the sand at Vero Beach, and the singer later took to his Twitter page to post a photo of the couple in their wedding attire along with a sweet message.
The wedding took place after an eventful weekend for the singer - he was handcuffed by police in Florida on Saturday after causing concern with his behaviour during a rowdy night out.
