Keith County Clerk Sandra Olson has announced that early voting for the Primary Election will begin on Monday, April 9, 2012.

Olson reminds voters that state law permits any registered voter to vote an early ballot.  However, voters must first request the early ballot in writing. Olson reminds those voters interested in obtaining an early ballot through the mail, that those requests must be received in her office no later 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

Voters may also vote an early ballot in person at the Clerk’s Office.  Voters who want to vote an early ballot in person may come directly to the Clerk’s office.  The last day for early voting in person at the County Clerk’s office is May 14, 2012.
